The Tech World mourns. Steve Jobs passed away. Again a disease took away a people’s favorite star!
Steve Jobs, the mastermind behind Apple’s iPhone, iPad, iPod, iMac and iTunes, has died, Apple said. Jobs was 56.
“Steve’s brilliance, passion and energy were the source of countless innovations that enrich and improve all of our lives. The world is immeasurably better because of Steve.”
“The world rarely sees someone who has had the profound impact Steve has had, the effects of which will be felt for many generations to come,” Bill Gates added.
Nobody else in the computer industry, or any other industry for that matter, could put on a show like Steve Jobs.
US President Barack Obama: also paid tribute: “Saddened to learn of the passing of Steve Jobs. Steve was among the greatest of American innovators – brave enough to think differently, bold enough to believe he could change the world, and talented enough to do it…. The world has lost a visionary.”
Mr. Jobs commanded the respect of competitors, loyalty from the engineers he goaded relentlessly, and loathing from almost everyone.
I’m too one of those millions who got inspired by his innovations. Jobs has always remained as show man, no one can fill his place, may his soul rest in peace.
